The Honda ZR-V will arrive in India as a completely built-up unit (CBU) imported from Japan, which means the hybrid SUV is expected to carry a premium price tag. Honda is likely to announce official pricing in June, with estimates suggesting a starting ex-showroom price of over Rs 45 lakh.

The Honda ZR-V is currently the largest model in Honda’s India portfolio. The SUV measures 4,657 mm in length, 1,840 mm in width and 1,621 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,655 mm. In terms of size, the ZR-V sits closer to premium SUVs like the Hyundai Tucson, while also competing with models such as the Skoda Kodiaq and Volkswagen Tayron R-Line.

Honda claims the ZR-V can sprint from 0 to 100 kmph in just 7.9 seconds and achieve a top speed of 173 kmph. More importantly, the SUV delivers a claimed fuel efficiency of 22.80 kmpl, making it one of the most fuel-efficient petrol-powered SUVs in the premium segment.

Inside, the Honda ZR-V gets an all-black premium cabin with leather upholstery, contrast stitching and soft-touch materials. The dashboard layout is minimalistic and modern, highlighted by a floating 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a fully digital 10-inch instrument cluster.
