Suzuki has officially revealed the e Sky, marking the manufacturer's first-ever battery-electric vehicle adhering to Japan’s ultra-compact kei car regulations. Slated to hit the Japanese market in autumn 2026, the production model closely follows the design language of the Vision e Sky concept showcased previously at the Japan Mobility Show.

The vehicle features a boxy, upright exterior silhouette engineered to maximise internal cabin space while maintaining a minimal physical footprint suitable for dense urban environments. Up front, it incorporates square-shaped LED headlights with segmented C-shaped daytime running lamps alongside a textured black trim panel housing an integrated camera module. The side profile reveals clean lines, flared wheel arches, and black alloy wheels, while the rear sports wraparound LED taillights, a roof spoiler, and a rear wiper. Audi Q3 Unveiled in India; Check Specifications, Features and Expected Price.

Inside, the cabin prioritises everyday usability and functional layout space. The dashboard hosts a large central touchscreen infotainment system paired with a digital driver’s display and a three-spoke steering wheel featuring physical command buttons.

To optimise floor space, the drive selector is mounted directly onto the dashboard structure, while the centre console integrates charging ports and practical storage compartments. The fabric-upholstered seats come with fixed headrests, and expected convenience amenities include automatic climate control, push-button start/stop functionality, and advanced Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) power support.

Suzuki e Sky Expected Powertrain and Range

While official technical specifications remain largely confidential ahead of the market rollout, industry reports indicate the model will likely utilise a front-mounted electric motor aligned with local kei car power caps. The vehicle is projected to deliver a claimed driving range of around 310km on a single charge. BMW 7 Series and i7 Facelifts India Launch Confirmed for September 11: Check Expected Price, Specs and Upgrades.
