Mumbai, September 26: Nissan has unveiled the new "Concept 20-23" for its electric car for Europe. The concept shows a sporty, electric city car that may launch in Europe in the coming years. Nissan Concept 20-23 is an urban EV concept that was unveiled while celebrating its 20th anniversary in central London since the studio opened there, and it was received by Nissan Design Europe (NDE).

All the major car manufacturers are now switching to EVs, including BMW, Mercedes, and Maruti Suzuki. So, Nissan will also introduce its upcoming EV line-up worldwide soon. The sporty and compact looks of the car show that the new EV may come for only two people inside. Nissan Concept 20-23 Design and Concept:

The unveiling video of Concept 20-23 shows that Nissan may launch its EVs, which help move around in cities and offer an entirely different perspective. The scissor doors seem inspired by racing cars like Lamborghini and other sports cars. According to some reports, the Nissan Concept 20-23 is based on the company's popular Micra car. The other reports say that the vehicle is similar to the Renault 5 and Alpine A290 hot hatchback design. 

The new concept of Nissan for EV seems futuristic and based on the existing sports cars and old small city cars. The reports say that the concept revealed by the company may be related to its aspiration to electrify Europe by 2023. Indian Government currently aims to electrify all vehicles in the country by 2032, as per reports. So, if the EV momentum catches on, the Indian EV automobile market may see the cars shown in Nissan's "Concept 20-23" for Europe. The shift to the EV is inevitable; however, many people still prefer hybrid and CNG options till electric cars become more common in the market.
