The company plans to acquire the remaining 42 per cent stake in two tranches over the next 5 to 7 years.
Delhivery Limited (NSE: DELHIVERY)
Venture capital firm Nexus Ventures sold 43.2 lakh shares (a 0.6 per cent stake) in Delhivery via a BSE block deal worth approximately ₹208 crore. The shares were offloaded at an average price of INR 481 each, reducing the firm's holding from the 4.5 per cent stake it held as of March 2026.
