Ab Tak Chhappan Screen Writer Ravi Shankar Alok Allegedly Commits Suicide; Jumps off His Building in Andheri

Ravi Shankar Alok, who was apparently involved in writing the script for popular Bollywood movie, Ab Tak Chhappan, has allegedly committed suicide.

Ravi Shankar Alok, who was apparently involved in writing the script for popular Bollywood movie Ab Tak Chhappan starring Nana Patekar, has allegedly committed suicide. He was 32. Ravi had also worked as an assistant director with RGV Films and Five Elements Films. Alok, who lived in Andheri, jumped off from the roof of his building and died. The incident took place at around 2 pm in Andheri's Seven Bungalows area.

While neither the police officials or family members of Alok have confirmed anything yet, it is suspected to be a suicide. However, no suicide note was found in Alok's house, confirmed the police. Ravi Shankar Alok was suffering from depression and was undergoing psychiatric treatment, say reports. As of now, the police are looking into the matter and further information is awaited.
