It is time to rejoice for all the comedy film fanatics. The Dhamaal team is back and how. After directing Dhamaal and Double Dhamaal, filmmaker Indra Kumar returns with franchise’s third instalment – Total Dhamaal. The film will see a new star cast, Ajay Devgn, Anil Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit and Boman Irani along with film series’ original actors. The first film Dhamaal had Arshad Warsi, Riteish Deshmukh, Sanjay Dutt, Arshad Warsi, Jaaved Jaaferi, Aashish Chaudhary Chaudhary in the lead. What is super interesting about Total Dhamaal is that Bollywood’s Mr Perfectionist, Aamir Khan was present to give the customary mahurat clap for the film.

Along with a picture of the Total Dhamaal cast, trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted, “#TotalDhamaal stars Anil Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit, Ajay Devgn, Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi, Jaaved Jaaferi and Boman Irani... Presented by Fox Star Studios... Produced by Ajay Devgn Films, Ashok Thakeria, Markand Adhikari, Anand Pandit and Fox Star Studios..”

Actor Boman Irani was quoted by Mumbai Mirror stating that the makers adjusted with the dates and got him onboard successfully this time around after trying several times for the previous films in series. But what makes us most excited about Total Dhamaal is the presence of Madhuri Dixit. It will be an interesting to watch the 50-year-old beauty feature in a comic role after long.

Not to forget, the fans will get to watch the hit Jodi of Madhuri Dixit- Anil Kapoor after a long gap. The Dhak Dhak jodi became a hit among audiences after giving blockbusters like Beta, Tezaab, Parinda, Ram Lakhan, Pukar to recollect a few. Also, Madhuri and Ajay worked together in films like ‘Yeh Raaste Hain Pyaar Ke’ and ‘Lajja’.

Indra Kumar kickstarted the Dhamaal series with the first film in 2007. Their second film, Double Dhamaal released in 2011, which saw Sanjay Dutt, Ritesh Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi, Aashish Chaudhary and Jaaved Jaaferi reprise their roles with Kangana Ranaut and Mallika Sherawat joining the cast. Now with the ensemble cast of Total Dhamaal, we can totally root for a hit instalment already!
