As the Dangal actor celebrates his 54th birthday today, the actor interacted with journalists like his yearly ritual. Amid the same interaction when a journo asked him to react to Kangana's statement, he simply said, “I didn’t know about it as she never told it to me. When I will get to meet her, I will ask her.” The controversy started when Kangana accused Aamir of not supporting her. In her interaction with Pinkvilla, the actress said, "When Aamir called me for Dangal, Secret Superstar, I went all the way to Ambani's house. Dangal, for me, was a film about women empowerment. Meanwhile, the star is gearing up to star in an Indian remake of Tom Hanks' movie, Forrest Gump. Titled Laal Singh Chadha, the movie will be directed by Advait Chandan, who previously helmed Secret Superstar.
