The trailer of Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan's Mission Mangal was released today and it seems like an inspiring watch. The story revolves around India's first mission to Mars that took place in November 2013 and how a team of scientists was determined to make the impossible look possible. The movie has an elaborate star cast of Taapsee Pannu, Sonakshi Sinha, Sharma Joshi, Kirti Kulhari and Nithya Menen who match Akshay and Vidya's able shoulders to relive this glorious mission. Mission Mangal Trailer: Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan and Others Show What It Took India to Propel Mangalyaan to Mars (Watch Video).

However, Akshay's next won't be a solo release as John Abraham's Batla House is slated to hit the screens on the same day (August 15, 2019). The project is based on a real-life incident where John plays a police officer named Sanjeev Kumar Yadav. His team carried out a raid at an apartment which they suspected was a hideout of terrorists. But things later took an ugly turn when the mission's aftermath wasn't as glorious as they all expected it to be. The officer was questioned for carrying a fake encounter by many political parties and it was an uphill task to make them believe his real version. Batla House Trailer: John Abraham Packs a Punch In This Gripping Drama Based on Real-Life Events.
