We have all seen how Bhumi Pednekar lost oodles of weight after her debut film Dum Laga Ke Haisha and ever since then, she has been a fitness inspiration for a lot of them out there. In the video that's being circulated on social media, Bhumi is seen going rigorous training as she sweats it out in the gym. Almost every Bollywood actress loves doing pilates and Bhumi is no exception to that. This video is proof of the same!

During her debut film, the actress has revealed that she had to put on a few extra kilos for her role in the movie. The Toilet: Ek Prem Katha actress, has however encouraged women to embrace the skin they're in and to be absolutely comfortable in it. In an interview, she had earlier said, "I think all the criticism came right after my first film. I just stood there but made sure none of the negativity stays back. The fact that I played the role clearly states how I feel about body shaming”.
