Sushant Singh Rajput's Hindi remake of The Fault In Our Stars recently hit the headlines. While many suggested that the film may be going the Drive way and will have a digital release on Netflix, the makers have now released a new still from the film along with its release date, thus confirming that it will release in cinemas. The new still from the film shows Sushant and Sanjana in a warm embrace. Sanjana is seen wearing a nasal cannula, similar to the one we see Shailene Woodley's Hazel Grace Lancaster wear in the original film. The Hollywood film was based on John Green's novel by the same name and starred Woodley along with Ansel Elgort. The teenage romance won a lot of praises and was loved by the audiences. Ever since the Hindi remake of the film was announced, fans of Sushant have been excited to see him in this role. The new still from the film announcing the release date was shared by music composer A R Rahman on Twitter and later by director Mukesh Chhabra himself.

Sushant was recently seen in Nitesh Tiwari's Chhichhore which became a massive success at the box office. The college drama was a multi-starrer with Shraddha Kapoor, Varun Sharma and others in key roles. His YRF film Drive, with Jacqueline Fernandez, went straight for a Netflix release and received poor reviews from critics and audiences. Looks like with Dil Bechara, the actor will be seen in an out and out romantic film after a long time. Dil Bechara is all set to release on May 8, which will be a solo release. The film will follow the release of Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan's Coolie No 1 which hits the screens on May 1.
