Rohit Sharma, captain of the IPL team Mumbai Indians, took to his Twitter handle and shared an adorable video that won the internet. He was rapping Asli Hip Hop, a song from the movie, Gully Boy, for his cute daughter, Samaira. The video even urged Amitabh Bachchan to reply with a 'Too cute'. A little late to the cuteness party, but Ranveer Singh, THE Gully Boy, has finally watched the video. The actor took to his Twitter page to pay a compliment to the father-daughter duo's video. His response embodies the sentiments of all the fans. "OHO ROHIT BHAI! EK NUMBER," he wrote.
Ranveer also called the video 'The Best Thing I've Seen on the Net'. Now, how sweet is that? We'd like to suggest Rohit make more videos with Samaira. Maybe even start a TikTok page. Because we are obsessed already. 64th Filmfare Awards 2019: Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt's Selfie Will Remind You of Their 'Murad-Safeena' Moments From Gully Boy.

On the work front, you might see Ranveer interacting with cricketers and hanging out on cricket fields more often. He is not switching careers. The actor will be seen playing the role of former Indian skipper Kapil Dev in the sports biopic titled, '83. The movie will talk about Indian Cricket Team's legendary win at the World Cup 1983.
The actor recently won the trophy for Best Actor at the 64th Filmfare Awards for his performance in the Sanjay Leela Bhansali film, Pamaavat. Well, if videos like that of Rohit Sharma are an indication, Ranveer's performance in Gully Boy has also left a lasting impact on the audience. We won't be surprised seeing then actor win awards next year for the Zoya Akhtar directorial.
