John Abraham's latest film, Satyameva Jayate, is doing decent business at the box office. Released on August 15 (along with Akshay Kumar's Gold), Satyameva Jayate has taken the biggest opening collections for a John Abraham-led film (Rs 20 crore). In three days, the movie has collected Rs 37 crore and is expected to do better business over the weekend. usually, this calls for a success bash from the makers. But John Abraham is not ready for such a party and the reason for that will make you admire him more.

As per a report in Bollywood Hungama, the actor is pained by the floods situation in Kerala. If you are not aware of this, John Abraham is half-Malayali, as his father, Abraham John, is from Kerala. So taking stock of the situation there, John feels now is not the right to celebrate, when an entire state is in mourning.

John himself confirmed the news when he spoke to the portal. He had said, "I am overwhelmed by all the adulation from the paisa paying public as well as the industry at large. Everyone is asking me when are we celebrating but, for me it’s business as usual as I’m shooting in Gulmarg for my next film. In any case, I am devastated by the unprecedented situation in Kerala. I have family there and although they are safe so many others are still suffering.” We are sure this gesture of his will get him more fans.

Talking more about the movie, Satyameva Jayate is a vigilante action thriller that is directed by Milap Zaveri. Manoj Bajpayee and newcomer Aisha Sharma also have important roles in the movie.
