The actor has been constantly turning heads with her bold and fearless statements of lately, and while her recent release Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi, was also shadowed by much negative buzz after the departure of director Krish and actor Sonu Sood, it managed to achieve warm acceptance by young school girls. On Thursday, the Queen actor hosted a special screening of her period film for school kids. Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi was released on January 25 and has been doing pretty well at the box-office. While speaking at the special screening for school kids, Kangana confessed that it was her long-time dream that when she directed a film she would keep in mind about the audience. The actor exclaimed that in the past she has done many movies such as Gangster and Fashion, which the kids were not able to watch. However, with Manikarnika, she has made her dream come true.

During the event at INOX in Mumbai, Kangana was seen wearing a beautifully embroidered blue coloured saree with a bare neck and minimal makeup.
