Akshay Kumar's historical drama Kesari has completed two weeks in theatres and the film is still wooing the audience in the cinema halls. After witnessing a huge opening at the box office, Akki starrer went on to become the fastest film of 2019 to enter the coveted Rs 100 crore club. With hardly any competition at the ticket windows, Kesari has been enjoying a good run ever since its release. Currently, the film is going steady at the domestic box office and is eyeing to surpass the Rs 150 crore mark. Kesari Box Office Collection Day 13: Akshay Kumar Starrer Is Heading Towards the Rs 150 Crore Club, Earns Rs 131.03 Crore.

Film trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter a while back and revealed the updated figures saying, "#Kesari [Week 2] Fri 4.45 cr, Sat 6.45 cr, Sun 8.25 cr, Mon 3.27 cr, Tue 2.75 cr, Wed 2.42 cr. Total: ₹ 133.45 cr. India biz."

Further, a report in Boxofficeindia.com stated, "Kesari has done huge business in Delhi city and Punjab state but the real victory for the film is the business outside these two areas. The business outside may not be record-breaking and comparatively less than Delhi city and Punjab but for this film, the numbers are very good. The film can't be called niche as it has a canvas and is larger than life story but it is very regional and despite that has managed to bring in big numbers." Kesari Box Office Collection Day 12: Akshay Kumar's Historical Drama is Going Steady, Collects Rs 128.28 Crore.

Produced by Karan Johar along with Sajid Nadiadwala and Fox Star Studios, Kesari stars Parineeti Chopra as well but in a special appearance. Directed by Anurag Singh, the historical war drama released on the eve of Holi and enjoyed a four-day weekend at the box office.
