The Pulwama terror attacks in Jammu & Kashmir shock the nation from the very core. On the day that was all about love, February 14 brought doom and gloom for families of 40 CRPF Jawans, as they fell prey to a suicide bomber, who rammed a more than 350-kg explosive-laden SUV into a convoy carrying the jawans. In what is being treated as one of the most deadly attacks in history, the nation has been up in arms and seeking revenge for the lives of the martyred jawansPulwama Terror Attack: Bollywood Celebs to Observe 'Black Day'; on 17 February as a Tribute to CRPF Martyrs

And at the on-going CINTAA ActFest, a gathering where lectures and workshops have been organised for those aspiring to enter the world of glamour and Bollywood, Sacred Games sensation Kubbra Sait was questioned about the on-going unrest in the country. Kubbra Sait Opens Up On Kukoo Returning To Netflix Sacred Games Season 2!

And here’s what Kubbra has to say, “The entire country and the entire fraternity has come together to say that what has happened is incorrect, it is extremely heartbreaking, shocking and it’s not nice.”

Strongly condemning the violence, the actress continued, “I belong to the same faith but I will not support terrorism in any way, especially when it is veiled in the mask of faith. I am not somebody who agrees to this. I think its high time that humans started loving each other, with kindness, with respect and with love. That is the highest order of respect, to our soldiers who despite setbacks, still stand tall and brave it for our country so that we can be safe and sound.” Pulwama Terror Attack: Amitabh Bachchan To Donate 5 lakh Rupees To Each Family of the CRPF Martyrs

The actress also offered her deepest condolences to the families of the deceased jawans, “I am really really sorry and my condolences to the families who have lost their dear dear ones.”

When asked if revenge was the apt answer for the incident, the lady revealed, “Gandhiji said it once- An eye for an eye makes the world blind. It’s not about yeh humare saath hua hai toh hum bhi unke saath karenge. It is not the time to discuss violence. It’s not the time to see who is more violent. We have a fantastic Government and Advisory Board in place and its for them to take these decisions. The decision to retaliate shouldn’t be reaching out to civilians like us as these are classified matters. But as human beings, can we be better?”

We couldn’t help but agree to Kubbra’s words here. On the other hand, Bollywood has decided to observe a 'Black Day' on February 17, to pay their respects to the CRPF Martyrs. In the decision taken by the Federation of Western India Cine Employees, it was decided that work in studios, on edit tables, and at shoot locations, will be halted from 2 pm to 4 pm.
