Pati Patni Aur Woh is doing pretty well during weekdays. After staying steady till Tuesday, Wednesday sees a drop but there's nothing to worry about. That's because the film has managed to cross the Rs 50 crore mark within six days. PPAW thus becomes another success story for Kartik who has been on a roll lately. The film has so far earned Rs 51.61 crore. Kartik Aaryan Moves On To Dostana 2 But Not Without His Woh Ananya Panday
Pati Patni Aur Woh's trending on weekdays makes it evident that the film, however absurd it may be, has managed to please the audience. Even a monologue controversy couldn't dent its run. Contrary to that, Panipat whose trailer was hugely appreciated is struggling at the box office since Day 1. Both the film released on the same day and yet one flourished while the other is close to perishing.

Panipat may not have posed much threat to Pati Patni Aur Woh but Mardaani 2 could. The film is releasing this Friday and looks quite good. Given the fact that it addresses one of the most potent themes - rape- in the narrative, the film will get its desired audience. It will be interesting to see how the film will perform.
