Preity Zinta's romantic tale with business tycoon Ness Wadia had taken a sudden and an ugly turn when the Bollywood beauty accused him of molestation in 2014. There were certain issues which were bubbling to the surface between the two, but this was the ultimate nail in the coffin. And now there's nothing concrete to consider a serious case against Ness Wadia where he could be charged in the alleged molestation case. Things are likely to get more complicated in this case it was suggested because the two were in a serious relationship which can produce a lot of grey areas to cover,it was challenged. Amidst all the hoopla, the charges against Wadia have been quashed by Bombay High Court, we gather.

Back in June 13, 2014. Preity Zinta filed a complaint against Ness Wadia accusing him of molestation. The complaint also included other serious offences and charges such as threats and abuse. It is pertinent to note that the police took four years to file the actual chargesheet against Ness Wadia ( back in February 2018) under sections 354 (assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty), 506 (criminal intimidation) and 509 (word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman) as per the Indian Penal Code. KXIP Owner Preity Zinta Preaches ‘Don’t Drink and Drive’!
