Salman Khan recently tasted the sweet success of Tiger Zinda Hai at the box office, breaking several records at a time. Not wasting much time, the Sultan of Bollywood kick-started the prep of his next film Race 3, the third installment of popular Race franchise. However, a shocking incident made Salman Khan leave the sets of Race 3 and head back home. The 52-year-old Dabangg Khan received death threats by a set of people who barged into Goregaon film city where the cast was shooting. Jodhpur-based gangster Lawrence Bishnoi sent three men with death threats to the actor owing to his 1998 blackbuck poaching case.

Also, a group of vandals were sent to destroy the sets of Race 3. Bishnoi issued the threat saying, “Salman Khan will be killed here, in Jodhpur... Then he will come to know about our real identity.” The gangster hailing from Rajasthan apparantly worships black bucks. Salman was safely escorted to his Galaxy Apartments and told to stay low key.

A source told Mumbai Mirror, “The police arrived at the Race 3 set in Film City and told Salman and producer Ramesh Taurani that the shoot had to be stopped immediately as the actor needed to head home as soon as possible. Salman was escorted in another car by six cops, while his own car was driven back to his residence by another group of cops.”

The superstar actor has now been advised to stay off the social media and avoid posting his whereabouts on it. As we know how much Salman likes to take a ride on his Being Human cycles, but even that has been asked to avoid. A steamy dance sequence with the leading lady Jacqueline Fernandez was scheduled to take place over the next two day, which is most likely to get postponed due to aforementioned situation. Race 3 is directed by Remo D’souza with Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Saqib Saleem and Daisy Shah forming a strong supporting cast.
