Salman Khan x Raj and DK Movie Update
According to a report by Mid-Day, pre-production work for the yet-to-be-titled superhero feature will start later this year once Raj and DK complete their current streaming commitments. The directors are currently filming the final schedule for the second season of Farzi, starring Shahid Kapoor.
A source close to the development told Mid-Day: "Raj and DK are occupied with Farzi 2. The final schedule of the Shahid Kapoor-led series started this week. After they wrap it, the team will immediately get into the pre-production of the Salman film. The groundwork will begin towards October-end."
The preliminary preparations beginning in late October will allow the creative team over a year to design the visual effects and complete world-building requirements essential for the superhero scale before principal photography begins in early 2027.
Salman Khan's Upcoming Slate and Work Commitments
Before stepping into the superhero genre, Khan will focus on fulfilling his existing pipeline.
