Student Of The Year 2, starring Tiger Shroff and debutants Tara Sutaria, Ananya Panday, is showing a steady decline in box office collections. The film, that managed to keep up the momentum over the weekend after a moderate opening on Friday, saw box office numbers reduced by half on Monday. Declining further, on Tuesday, the Punit Malhotra directorial made only Rs 5.02 crore, bringing its total collection to Rs 44.37 crore. Sharing the total box office collection, film trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to the micro-blogging site to tweet, "#StudentOfTheYear2 shows ordinary trending... Didn’t decline much on Tue [vis-à-vis Mon], but what’s surprising is that it hasn’t crossed ₹ 50 cr yet, even after 5 days... Fri 12.06 cr, Sat 14.02 cr, Sun 12.75 cr, Mon 5.52 cr, Tue 5.02 cr.
