Taapsee Pannu has skillfully learned the nuances of Bollywood - be it as an actress or someone who knows how to call spade a spade. She's clearly not the ignorant types who prefer to ignore all the unnecessary taunts targeted her and believe in a virtue called 'silence is golden.' She hates mincing her words and you can't expect her to calm down when someone accuses her of being a 'sasti copy'. Did Taapsee Pannu Take a Dig at Kangana Ranaut by Joking about Varun Dhawan Not Mentioning Her Name While Hailing Saand ki Aankh Teaser?

The controversy featuring Taapsee Pannu, Kangana Ranaut and Rangoli Chandel started when the actress' sister accused the Badla actress of being a 'sasti copy' Ms Ranaut. Taapsee's good friend and filmmaker, Anurag Kashyap even had a war of words with Rangoli. Speaking about the same incident, the Game Over actress in a recent conversation with Mumbai Mirror said, "Not just Anurag, a few other close friends from the industry also wanted to retort, but I stopped them because I don’t want to give her any mileage on my behalf. She can’t play the nepotism card with me because I’ve also struggled to reach where I am today. I didn’t want to engage in a word battle because I would not be able to match their language." Taapsee Pannu Slams Kabir Singh Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga and the Trolls All at Once! Kangana was apparently irked when Taapsee, in one of her earlier interactions, suggested that the Queen actress needs a "double filter". Explaining the reason behind it, Taapsee said, "We are both opinionated and speak our mind which is a good thing except that sometimes it lands us in trouble. I had said it in a positive manner and not meant for it to be derogatory. In fact, I have often said Kangana’s an actor I look up to, my conscience is clear. It was weird to target me, that’s why it backfired." Clearly, she's not going to deal with things lightly and she has learnt her ways to exist in Bollywood. We are expecting a reaction from the sister's side and have a feeling that it's going to get murkier with time. Let's hope it doesn't.
