After surpassing the lifetime business of his own 2018 hit film Raazi, Vicky Kaushal's latest outing Uri: The Surgical Strike has now beaten Rajkummar Rao's Stree and Ayushmann Khurrana's romantic comedy Badhaai Ho at the box office. The military drama has minted more money than both the films in India and is very much likely to continue its golden run at the ticket windows. Co-starring Yami Gautam, Paresh Rawal and television actor Mohit Raina, Uri released on January 11 and immediately stormed the box office. So much so that it will soon enter the Rs 150 crore club. Uri: The Surgical Strike Box Office Collection Day 13: Vicky Kaushal's Military Drama Surpasses Lifetime Collection of Raazi.

As per BollywoodHungama, on day 14, Aditya Dhar's directorial venture raked in around Rs 5.50 crore more, bringing its total two-week collection to 134.09 crore which is absolutely fantastic. Considering Uri is a medium budget film, it has undoubtedly outperformed itself at the BO and turned out to be a money-making profitable venture for the makers.

Further, the report in BollywoodHungama states that while Uri's lifetime collection will easily go over Rs 175 crore, whether the film will enter the Rs 200 crore club or not will, however, depend a lot on how it performs over the weekend.

With Kangana Ranaut's Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi hitting the theatres today, Uri will definitely feel the heat at the box office from hereon. Apart from Manikarnika, Nawazuddin Siddiqui starrer Thackeray has also arrived in cinema halls and therefore the competition will be very fierce between these three films. Thackeray Quick Movie Review: Nawazuddin Siddiqui Captures the Spirit of the 'Tiger' in this Highly Divisive Film.
