Designed to highlight the “biggest, brightest, and most immersive” viewing experience, the certification requires theatres to feature massive screens, 4K laser projection for enhanced clarity, and advanced immersive audio systems. The rollout begins with the re-release of Avengers: Endgame on September 25, before becoming the primary premium format for Avengers: Doomsday on December 18, 2026. With over 375 screens worldwide already set to adopt Infinity Vision branding, Disney is positioning this new format as a global alternative to IMAX for blockbuster releases.
