Los Angeles, July 23: Television's "Mrs. Dubcek" Elmarie Wendel passed away at the age of 89. The news was confirmed by Wendel's daughter, Jennifer "J.C." Wendel via social media, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The 89-year-old was best known for her portrayal of Mrs Dubcek on popular American sitcom '3rd Rock From the Sun'

She also appeared in a number of other projects, including Seinfeld, Love & War, Murphy Brown, Murder, She Wrote, and Empty Nest. Elmarie was last seen donning the role of Gina, an assembly line worker at an aviation factory, on a sitcom titled George Lopez.
