What a year it is going to be. We have Captain Marvel, Avengers: Endgame and Spider-Man: Far From Home releasing in 2019. Today the first trailer of Tom Holland's Spide's next adventure dropped. Calling it 'Marvellous' would be an understatement. Plus, there is Jake Gyllenhaal. As history goes for MCU, the first trailer does not entirely reveal the story. But we get the hint of what is going on in their universe. And we liked what we saw. But thankfully, Jake had earlier teased the plot to the movie. He had revealed that his character, iconic villain Mysterio, and Spider-Man would actually briefly team up to fight a group called The Elementals.

The teaser was first unveiled by Tom Holland in LIVE streaming on his Instagram page. It was funny to watch him get the sound and the video to play in sync. Which he failed to do multiple times. Zenadaya was seen laughing in the comments section. The full-fledged version of the trailer was later released on the official YouTube channel of Marvel. Avengers: Endgame Producer Kevin Feige Reveals Director Duo Russo Bros Lied to Their Fans about the Title of the Film.

In the new footage, we see Nick Fury employ services of Spider-Man in Europe to fight the new villains. The Elementals look quite terrifying in the new teaser. And their name is quite descriptive of their actions. Spidey did not look ready for his job. He even left his suit behind thinking Europe did not need the friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man.

The status quo of other superheroes after the events of Avengers: Infinity War is not revealed. But we believe, if Peter Parker is fine, others will make it to the other side as well.

Spider-Man: Far From Home also marks the return of director Jon Watts to the chair. And we would not have wanted to see anyone else do the job.

Spider-Man: Far From Home swings into theatres on July 5th. Before that the movie arriving are Captain Marvel on March 8th and Avengers: Endgame on April 26th.
