Superstar Rajinikanth and Bollywood star Akshay Kumar's film 2.0, which is one of the highly-anticipated films of 2018, has been in the news for years now. While the fans have been waiting with bated breath to see the two superstars face-off and the return of Chitti as Rajinikanth in this VFX spectacle, the makers of 2.0 dropped the teaser online yesterday and trust me when I say, it's everything we imagined it to be. The teaser has definitely left most of us wanting for more. Cine-lovers have been waiting for this glimpse of the Shankar-directed film for several months but of course the wait was totally worth it. However, some fans were disappointed with the Teaser of 2.0, despite having a budget of Rs 543 crore and extravagant VFX. In other news, the teaser of the film has earned the maximum views on YouTube.
Yes, you read that right. Though some fans were disappointed with the 2.0 teaser, it still managed to clock in 32.4 million views in just 24 hours. Filmmaker Karan Johar took to Twitter to share his excitement about the same. He wrote on the micro-blogging site, "32 MILLION VIEWS IN 24HOURS!!!! #2point0!!! Have you seen it yet????" Speaking of the teaser, the one-minute-30-seconds long video, which features the Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar, promises an out of the world visual experience, matching international standards.

After having seen several delays due to various reasons, Rajinikanth-Akshay Kumar starrer 2.0 is expected to hit the silver screen in November 2018. Earlier talking about the film, Superstar had mentioned that the 2.0 will be a unique film, he had said, "You won’t find another movie like 2.0. There will be even more expensive films but content-wise 2.0 is very fresh and unique. It’ll be remembered like how Chandralekha is talked about even today."
