RRR: Olivia Morris Replaces Daisy Edgar - Jones as the Lead Actress Opposite Jr NTR in SS Rajamouli's Historical Drama

The makers of RRR have finally zeroed down their second lead actress in Olivia Morris. She'll romance Jr NTR in this SS Rajamouli's directorial and the girl couldn't have asked for a better debut in India's regional cinema - that's as huge as Bollywood in the international market today. After Daisy Edgar Jones decided to leave the project, the director took some months before finalising Olivia as the lead actress to work with. The film's official Twitter handle had earlier made the announcement about the film's second lead and after making us wait for close to 24 hours, they finally released her name.

Not much is known about Olivia but she'll look great with Jr NTR in this historical drama that revolves around the time when Britishers were ruling India. The movie is based on two freedom fighters, Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem who revolted against the British rule in our country and their valiant efforts to help us get the freedom. The movie is probably the most anticipated Southern movie of 2020 and we all know why. Besides having Jr NTR and Ram Charan coming together, this is also Rajamouli's immediate release after his magnum opus, BaahubaliThis Viral Pic of Jr NTR as Komaram Bheem Is Proof Fans Are Eagerly Waiting to See the Actor’s Avatar in RRR.

RRR will also have Alia Bhatt playing Ram Charan's love interest. She'll mark her debut in Telugu cinema with this project and the credit of which partly goes to her mentor, Karan Johar. The movie will hit the screens on July 30, 2020, and clash with Ranbir Kapoor's Shamshera.
