Come weekend and it will be time to say goodbye to yet another Jodi from Nach Baliye 9. And this time around, the Jodi that has been eliminated from the Salman Khan bankrolled dance show is one of the audience and judges favourite jodis Vindu Dara Singh and wife Dina Umarova. Despite getting full numbers from judges Raveena Tandon and Ahmed Khan, the pair secured the least number of votes and in a face-off, were eliminated, stated India Forums.
Popular actor-comedian Kiku Sharda has been dragged into another controversy but a legal one this time. As per reports, an art director Nitin Kulkarni has filed a complaint against six people from a charitable trust called The Mumbai Fest and Kiku's name is being dragged in this since he is associated with the trust. Reportedly, Nitin, who designed a set of the three-day fest that was held last year at the MMRDA grounds in BKC, has not been paid for the work done. In his FIR copy, he has stated that he never received a copy of the agreement between him and the trust, therefore, there is no proof. Also, Nitin was given a cheque by the organisers but it bounced. A complainant has been registered at the Amboli Police Station.
Akshay Kumar and team Mission Mangal, who are gearing up for the release, are on a promotional spree. The actor recently promoted his upcoming film Mission Mangal with his co-stars Vidya Balan, Taapsee Pannu, Sonakshi Sinha and Nithya Menen on the show, Dance Deewane Season 2. Reportedly, the Mission Mangal will also promote on Nach Baliye 9. However, Akshay will not be a part of it. While it makes us wonder if Nach Baliye 9's judge and Akshay's ex-girlfriend Raveena Tandon is the reason why the actor decides to skip the promotions, the actor's reason to ditch it is unknown. Looks like, Salman Khan, who managed to rope in some ex-couples together for his dance show, failed to do the same in the case of Akshay and Raveena.

Meanwhile, rumour has it that Hina Khan and Vivek Dahiya have been roped in to play the lead pair in the fourth installment of the fictional franchise.
