The festival of colors and love, rightly named HOLI falls in the month of March, the day after full moon every year. On the eve of Holi, a Holika bonfire is lit to remind us of the victory of good over evil. History tells us that Lord Vishnu appeared as half-man, half-lion and killed Hiranyakashyap at dusk. Lord Vishnu saved his follower Prahlada from pyre while Prahlada’s evil aunt Holika burned. Now, this festival is celebrated worldwide and people dance on the tunes of Bollywood songs and throw colors and Gulal on each other. The only thing which matters is the way in which you celebrate. Some throw water with pichkari, some throw water colored balloons, and some play with flowers. The style may differ but the feelings for the festival are the same for all. Naagin 3 Actors Anita Hassanandani, Karishma Tanna, Surbhi Jyoti Perform a Special Dance for Holi – Watch Video

Even TV channels are geared up to celebrate Holi in a big way with a riot of special shows dedicated to the festival. But actors' hectic schedule rarely gives them free time for fun and celebrations. This Holi, however, TV actors like Devoleena Bhattacharjee, Sara Khan, Kunal Jaisingh, Pearl V Puri, Manu Punjabi, among others, sent out Holi wishes to their fans, urging them to enjoy a safe and happy festival of colours.
