Now, why would a girl say 'Is Makdi Ke Saamne Mat Nachana Rana' to her boyfriend unless of course, they are making a spoof on Sholay? Okay, seems like there's another scenario that may encourage the existence of this dramatic dialogue. Manmohini, which premiered on Zee TV on November 27, last year (2018), is set in the backdrop of Jaisalmer. The story revolves around a ghost, who is waiting for her lover to return for 500 years. Earlier today, the makers of the show took to the micro-blogging site to drop a new promo online and it is hilarious. Yup, that's where we heard these precious words that were anything but a melody for our ears. Dipika Kakar & Karan v Grover’s Hospital Spoof Scene From KHKT Reminds Us of Other Cringeworthy Yet Funny Videos From Indian TV Soaps.

After watching this video, we wonder why did the actors say yes to this show in the first place. But looks like they were really excited to do this show. Earlier in a statement to SpotboyE, Garima Singh Rathore, who plays the female lead, had said, "It was a little shocking and overwhelming for me when Prateek sir came up to me at Jaipur airport and asked me if I wanted to act. At that point, I did not know what to say. But today, I guess this is how it was destined to be. Just imagine my first ever audition in life and I got the role."

Leaving that aside, go ahead and read some of the most hilarious reactions to its promo that will definitely make your day.

Talking about the concept of the show, Producer Prateek Sharma had earlier said, "Manmohini is a story of love v/s love. It is unique in various ways and also gives a new dimension to the horror genre on television. There are few elements of occult craft that have never been explored on neither television nor in films that we are trying to present to our viewers. Horror as a genre is something I enjoy making and I am only happy that I have got a chance to showcase this wonderful story on Zee TV." Stay tuned!
