Recently, there was news that Komolika was all set to make a comeback into the lives of Anurag (Parth Samthaan), Prerna (Erica Fernandes) and Mr Bajaj (Karan Singh Grover). Over the past few days, rumours of how the makers are all set to write in Komolika's character back into the Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 storyline. Also, it was rumoured that actresses Jasmin Bhasin, Gauahar Khan and Karishma Tanna had been approached to step into actress Hina Khan's shoes. However, when BT quizzed Hina about the same, the lady still maintained her 'never say never' stance and was quoted as saying, "Currently, I am busy with my movie projects and I don’t think that I will be a part of the show anytime soon. It can be recalled that Hina, who had aced the portrayal of Komolika in the reboot, quit the show in pursuit of her big-screen career. Hina's first stop was the Cannes Film Festival 2019 where she walked the red carpet for her debut movie Lines, followed by her Vikram Bhatt film Hacked.
Hina has also bagged her first Indo-Hollywood project. Based on a book by HG Wells, The Country Of The Blind, the film Country of Blind will see Hina Khan in the role of a visually impaired girl. The actress, who is known for her dedication towards her work, also went to a blind school workshop to prep for her character in the film.
