This weekend of Nach Baliye 9 was the wildcard entry special. And the chosen four jodis who were to perform tonight were Vishal Aditya Singh and Madhurima Tuli, Urvashi Dholakia and Anuj Sachdeva, Avinash Sachdeva and Palak Purswani, Pooja Banerjee and Sandeep Sejwal. However, the twist here, as we earlier revealed, was that only two jodis will make it to the show, out of these four. This week, amidst the regular performances, took place the wildcard ones and we must say, they all came with a vengeance, to make it to Salman Khan's dance reality show. Here are the highlights of tonight's episode: Nach Baliye 9 Wildcard Updates: Only Two Out Of Four Jodis To Get Selected, Pooja Banerjee and Husband Sandeep Sejwal Get Injured!

The first jodi to perform tonight on the stage was Shantanu Maheshwari and Nityaami Shirke. However, their performance was clouded by controversy with an argument between judges Ahmed and Raveena and Shantanu. However, the session that started on a not so nice note, ended with Shantanu and Nityaami receiving a standing ovation from their co-contestants, and a Hi5. Nach Baliye 9: After Urvashi Dholakia, Shantanu Maheshwari Accuses Judges Raveena Tandon and Ahmed Khan of Being Biased Towards the Other Contestants

Performance:

To up the competition level more on the show, the judges have now only left three Hi5 seats instead of five:

The second jodi to come on stage was first wildcard pair Vishal Aditya Singh and Madhurima Tuli. Judge Ahmed Khan upfront asked the pair if their attitude has now changed, to which the pair replied in the affirmative. They also gave a super sexy performance. Nach Baliye 9: Vishal Aditya Singh - Madhurima Tuli's Choreographer Sanam Johar To Not Return To The Show, Quits Over The Former's Unprofessional Back Stage Attitude?

The pair received very encouraging comments and completely mesmerised everyone with their act. And even received a Hi5:

The third jodi to perform tonight was Sourabh Raaj Jain and Ridhima Jain, who performed the story of Mahishasur Mardhini. The judges asked the pair and their choreographers to experiment more and not stick to the mytho genre and scored the couple at 90%.

The fourth performance of the episode was that of Aly Goni and Natasa Stankovic. After last week's disappointing behaviour and marks, gave the perfect power-packed performance based on the Uri storyline, which won everyone's hearts. Also, defending ex Natasa's last week's stage walkout, Aly told everyone that she walked out because she did not have anything to say and still finds it difficult talking in Hindi and it was not because of her attitude problem. The couple received a standing ovation from the contestants and judges and scored an average of 97%.

The next wildcard jodi to be introduced was Avinash Sachdev and Palak Purswani. After their unmasking, the pair got talking about their life. Avinash talked about his past with Rubina, where he revealed that there was no space between the two because there was too much love and too much insecurity and his marriage with Shalmalee, where he said that there was so much space between them that it eventually became a huge gap that could not be bridged. The pair's performance was immensely loved by Ahmed Khan and Raveena Tandon. Avinash and Palak scored an average of 89.5%.

Today saw some super rocking performances and the introduction of two wildcard entrants. While Vishal and Madhurima took away a Hi5 in the first week of their return itself, Palak and Avinash scored an average 89%. The next episode of the show will see the entry of the remaining two wildcard entrants Pooja Banerjee and Sandeep Sejwal and Urvashi Dholakia and Anuj Sachdeva.
