Today's episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Swarna and Kartik returning home to a bunch of worried Goenkas. Swarna and Kartik tell them that they have made a decision and that is final.

There Naira's family is trying their best to find the best cure for Naira. Naira imagines Kartik near her who asks her why she wants him gone when she clearly needs him.

Later Bhabhima suggests telling Kartik. Naira is against the idea, and she thinks that she does not know how Kartik will react to this. Kartik is desperate as he remembers Naira betraying him.(Also Read: Naira's Medical Condition Leads to Memory Loss)

Naksh gets an appointment for Naira in Singapore. They all go to the temple to pray. Kartik walks up there and hands over the card of his wedding to Naira. He says that Ashi's boyfriend left her at the court when they went to get married.

He asks Naira to come for his wedding. Naira prays for Kartik. At home, Naitik says that he does understand Kartik's reaction as he is in immense pain and he does not even know the reason. Niara listens to this. There Arshi tells Kartik that she is there for him and Manish asks Swarna to stop Kartik.
