Gurugram, June 8: In another shocking incident from Gurugram, a 30-year-old Kenyan woman was allegedly gang-raped by five men. According to a Hindustan Times report, the incident took place while the woman was waiting for a cab at Bristol Chowk on MG Road. Three man in a white Scorpio allegedly approached her and offered to drop her to her residence. They misbehaved with her, and then forcibly took her to a makeshift shelter on Gold Course Extension road, where two others were waiting to rape her.

Reportedly, the five gang-raped her before leaving her on an isolated stretch of Gurugram. Police have managed to arrest three, while two are still on the run. The Gurugram police have confirmed that all the five accused were found in an inebriated state, and the victim could not make out where she was being taken because she was not familiar with the roads.

Reportedly, the number of rape cases in Gurugram have shot from 131 in 2016 to 135 the following year. The cases of molestation have also increased in the above mentioned period.
