This year, BSEB arranged a tele-counselling session for the students in order to help all of them to avoid any confusion or stress during the examination period.

The result declaration was marred by a controversy. Just a day ahead of the earlier result announcement date, 42,400 answer sheets went missing from the storage room at SS Girls Inter College in Gopalganj and soon the board officials declared the matric results to be out on June 26. A Special Investigation Team (SIT) was formed to look into the matter who arrested a scrap dealer earlier this week. The dealer as per reports purchased the answer sheets for Rs. 8,000 by the peon of the college.
