A day after the honourable Supreme Court’s order, the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) declared the results for Combined Graduate Level (CGL) tier-three written exam which was held last year, July 8. In a major move, the SSC CGL 2017 exam result has finally been announced today, May 10. The scores can be checked online by visiting the official website; ssc.nic.in. Besides, the individual SSC CGL Tier-III written examination marks will available on their site shortly. According to SSC, a total of 35,990 candidates have qualified the Tier 3 exam that was conducted for the posts of Assistant Audit Officer, Junior Statistical Officer, CPT and DEST. How to Check SSC CGL 2017 Result/ Merit List?

  • Visit the official website; ssc.nic.in.
  • On the top right of the homepage, click on the ‘result’ tab.
  • Now click the related link to check SSC CGL 2017 Merit List.
  • Under the CGL tab, click merit list PDF for all the respective posts.
  • A PDF file will open carrying the list of qualified candidates.
  • Find your roll number.

SSC CGL 2017 Tier III Result Declared: What’s Next?

All candidates who have qualified in more than one list would next require to appear for Skill Test and Document Verification process only once. SSC significantly noted that candidates who do not attend the document verification will not be considered for final selection. The schedule for CPT/ DEST/ Document verification will be made available on the SSC regional office’s website. Besides, the qualified candidates, in case, do not receive the call letters for next stage, should contact the concerned Regional Offices of the commission immediately.

Meanwhile, the tentative vacancy details for SSC CGL 2019 exam has been uploaded on the official website and it is detailed department wise. About 9,475 positions will be filled in various Ministries, departments and organisations.
