Kochi, September 21: An inappropriate act of a home guard in Kochi has been caught in camera and is going viral. The video footage uploaded by Times of India shows that the man is silently trying to touch girls passing by on the road. Some realised what was happening, but they chose to ignore because this is a very common scene which most women face in crowded places. The man in the video is identified as Sivakumar, 58 was seen brushing his hands against the posterior of any women passing in the opposite direction in the crowded street.

“Based on the video, we have registered a case invoking the Section 354 of IPC, and section 7 and 8 of the POCSO Act. The video showed Sivakumar, who touched the women, didn't even spare girls." The accused was later produced before the additional chief judicial magistrate court.
