Hyderabad, June 10: In what is believed to be real victory woman empowerment, Kasibhatta Samhitha has become Telangana's youngest woman engineer. Kasibhatta is only 16-year old and has attained this magnificent feat at a very young age.

With the aim to get into the power sector, she says she wants to get into this profession and do good for the country. “I want to get into the sector to serve the country and bring it at par with rest of the world”, she said.

Kasibhatta said that she cleared class 10 at the age of 10 yrs and secured 8.8 GPA in 10th & 89% in Intermediate. “I then approached the govt for pursuing engineering as I needed age relaxation. I opted for electrical & electronics engineering which I cleared with 8.85 GPA”, she added.

In India, the status of women has been subject to many great changes over the past few years. There are quite a handful number of women who are having a magnificent career in Engineering and Kasibhatta is raising the bar up with her magnificent achievement.
