Delhi, September 27: Yet another incident of lawlessness is scaring the national capital, a 56-year-old man was shot at by an unidentified assailant in Delhi's New Usmanpur area. The incident took place on Thursday over old enmity, police said. According to reports, the incident took place on Tuesday at 6 pm. The CCTV footage shows assailant chasing Hassan and his friend, who were on a bike.
