The viral video shows a motorcycle stuck underneath the front portion of a blue car as the vehicle continues moving along the road. Passers-by can be seen stopping the car and preventing the driver from moving ahead. The driver seen in the video is an elderly man.

Police said that during the investigation, it was found that 21-year-old Tanish Tokas, a resident of Munirka village, was sitting on his black motorcycle parked by the roadside when a blue car driven by 73-year-old Venu Gopal, a resident of Vasant Kunj, allegedly hit the motorcycle.
The impact caused Tokas to fall from the motorcycle. The car subsequently dragged the motorcycle for some distance. Police said Tokas fortunately did not come under the car and did not suffer any serious injuries. He underwent a medical examination following the incident. FIR Registered Against Car Driver
An FIR has been registered at RK Puram Police Station under Sections 281 and 125(a) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), police said.
The blue car involved in the accident has been seized and Venu Gopal has been arrested, according to police. He was also subjected to a medical examination, which found no traces of alcohol.
