An 11-year-old boy and his seven-year-old sibling sparked a security scare in Meerut's Hastinapur area after leaving their home on Sunday afternoon August 23. Search and Rescue Operation
The siblings, residents of the B-Block colony in Hastinapur, left their residence without informing family members. The two set up a base at a secluded spot near a farmhouse, reports PTI. As per the report, local law enforcement and the specialised "Mission Shakti" team launched an immediate search operation. Circle Officer (Mawana) Pankaj Lavania stated that the children were safely found within two hours at a secluded spot near a farmhouse and handed back over to their families.

During subsequent questioning by the police, the children explained that they had watched gaming content on the internet and wanted to recreate the activity themselves. They told cops that they had watched the gaming content on YouTube and decided to recreate the challenge themselves.
