Indore has witnessed continuous rainfall over the past several days, with the city receiving a significant share of its July rainfall during the first week of the month. The downpour caused extensive waterlogging at the marriage garden, leaving guests to carefully make their way through ankle-to-knee-deep water.

After the ceremony and the traditional seven pheras, he again carried the bride through the waterlogged venue to the dining area, while the couple smiled for family members and photographers. The unusual scenes were recorded on video and quickly went viral across social media platforms.

According to local reports, the ongoing marriage season has extended into July due to Adhik Maas, resulting in weddings taking place despite heavy monsoon showers.
