New Delhi, January 6: With the miscreants creating rampage and vandalising property inside the Jawaharlal Nehru University, Swaraj Abhiyan chief and an alumnus of JNU Yogendra Yadav on Sunday night claimed that he was attacked thrice while he was protesting at the gate against the attack on students and professors. Yadav even claimed that even an inspector -- Shiv Raj -- pushed him outside the trauma centre of AIIMS.

Expressing his angst against the high-handedness and being pushed the police outside the JNU gate and AIIMS trauma centre, Yadav took to Twitter and wrote three tweets in chronological order of being attacked and pushed. He mentioned that he was attacked thrice -- a) at around 9:30 pm while he was speaking with JNU teachers, b) 10:50 pm in which he was kicked on his face and c) 12:30 am when he was pushed outside trauma centre in AIIMS in presence of ADCP. Here are the videos that Yogendra Yadav retweeted:

In the meantime, Union Home Ministry has asked the Delhi Police Commissioner to take appropriate action against the guilty and ordered an inquiry to be carried out by a Joint CP level officer. He also sought a report regarding the same to be submitted at the ministry soon.
