Kerala Shocker: 18-Year-Old Stalker Sets Young Girl on Fire in Broad Daylight in Thiruvalla

Thiruvalla, March 12: An 18-year-old stalker was arrested in Kerala for setting ablaze an 18-year-old girl in broad daylight on Tuesday. According to a tweet by ANI, the accused, identified as Ajin Reji, knew the girl and committed the crime in Thiruvalla town of Pathanamthitta district in Kerala. According to details by Police, Reji has been arrested on charges of setting ablaze the girl.  West Bengal Man Burnt to Death After Woman He Raped and Set Ablaze Pulls Him Into Fire.

Police informed that the man knew the girl and while they were walking together, he took out a can of petrol & set her on fire. As soon as the incident was reported, the locals alerted the police. According to a report by The News Minute, the incident took place around 9:30 am on Tuesday, when the victim, a BSC student at the Tata Institue of Medical Sciences, was on her way to college. Eyewitnesses were quoted in the report saying that the victim and the stalker had a heated argument near the Chilanka junction in Thiruvalla, following which the stalker, who had brought with him 2 bottles of petrol with him, poured on her and set her on fire.
