Ajmer, October 8: In a big embarrassment for the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Rajasthan, a party minister caught urinating in public. A photograph of the minister urinating near a wall in Ajmer went viral on social media. In the photograph, the minister Shambu Singh Khatesaar can be seen urinating near the election campaign poster carrying an image of state Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje. Khatesar, however, defended himself by saying that it is an old-age tradition.
The Minister also denied that he was urinating near the poster, while speaking to news agency ANI, he said, “The photo of me urinating against a wall is not near the campaign poster.” The minister also claimed that he did not violate the objective of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Swachh Bharat Mission as it is against the open defection and not against urinating. He also said that the place where he urinated was completely secluded. Women in Rajasthan's Village Are Forced to Drink Water Out of Husband's Shoes! Where Are We On Women Empowerment?

As per reports, Khatesar urinated near the BJP rally in which around 2.5 lakh people were present. So it is quite shocking that there was no arrangement of toilets for the people.
