Aurangabad, March 23: AIMIM candidate Imtiyaz Jaleel defeatedĀ Shiv Sena leaderĀ Chandrakant Bhaurao Khaire and was elected as Member of Parliament from Aurangabad Lok Sabha seat in Maharashtra.Ā The Aurangabad Lok Sabha seat went to polls on April 23 in the third phase of general elections.
Reposing faith inĀ Chandrakant Bhaurao Khaire, the Shiv Sena has renominated him. Khaire faced a tough challenge from AIMIM's Imtiyaz Jaleel and Congress candidateĀ Subhash Zambad.Ā InĀ Aurangabad parliamentary constituency, theĀ process of filing nominationĀ began from March 28.
