Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate Virendra Singh won from the Ballia Lok Sabha constituency in Uttar Pradesh. Singh defeated Samajwadi Party candidate Sanatan Pandey with a margin of 15,519 votes. The election in ballia was conducted in the seventh phase of election on May 19.
