New Delhi, November 18: The ruling BJP in Rajasthan and the Opposition Congress party have released the fourth list of candidates for the 2018 assembly elections in the state, respectively. The state of Rajasthan will vote for a new assembly on December 7, while counting of votes will be held on December 11, following which the results will be out. Talking about the BJP list, two names to notice in the list are those of Mamata Sharma and Kalpana Raje. Sharma and Raje, who quit Congress and joined the BJP today, on Sunday, November 18, have been given tickets by the BJP. While Sharma has been given a ticket from Pipalda seat, Raje has been given a ticket from the Ladpura seat. The Congress, which has managed to get two high profile names from the BJP in their party, namely Manvendra Singh and Harish Meena, also released the fourth list of candidates for the assembly elections 2018. The Congress has released the names of only three candidates from three seats namely Bikaner East, Mahuwa and Mavli, as the grand old party had already announced the candidates for the seats in the first, second and third list respectively. The first list had names of 152 candidates, while the second list included names of NCP, RLD, and LJD candidates as well.
