Nagrakata (WB), April 8: West Bengal Chief Minister and Trinamool Congress supremo Mamata Banerjee on Monday attacked Narendra Modi, stating that the latter needs to be thrown out of both the chair and politics for the betterment of the country.

With just a few days remaining for the first phase of Lok Sabha Elections 2019, Banerjee made her attacks on BJP stalwart sharper and claimed that Modi is threatening everybody and blabbering lies. She also alleged that Modi would get the first prize if there was a competition of telling lies. Mamata Banerjee on PM Narendra Modi Biopic: 'People Will Watch Films on Gandhi & Ambedkar, Not Him'

Addressing an electoral rally in Nagrakata, the TMC chief said, as PTI quotes, "In this election, people would stick a leucoplast on his lips so that he is not able to tell lies. For the sake of the country, he should not only be ousted from his chair (PM post) but also ousted from politics."

Alleging that Modi was busy in foreign tours during tenure as Prime Minister in last four and half years, Banerjee said that he did not have time to look after the farmers and the middle-class.

She said, "During the 5 years, he has been touring the globe for 4.5 years. What was he doing when farmers were committing suicides across the country? What was he doing when people died due to demonetisation and crores of people lost their jobs?"
