New Delhi, February 22: Former union minister and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Yashwant Sinha on Friday said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi must come out on what he was doing when the Pulwama terror attack happened. Sinha said that if the Prime Minister knew that an attack has happened and he still continued with an alleged film shoot, then he must resign from his post. 'Prime Time Minister' Modi Continued Shooting For Discovery Film After Pulwama Attack, Reiterates Rahul Gandhi; BJP Says 'Fake News'.

"PM should come clean on what he was doing in the afternoon/evening of Feb 14 when Pulwama attack took place. If the NSA did not inform him immediately he has no business continuing in his post. If he did and PM still remained unconcerned then he must go," Sinha tweeted.

Sinha's tweet comes amid allegations by the Congress saying that the Prime Minister was busy shooting for a Discovery Channel documentary at Jim Corbett on February 14 when the Pulwama attack happened, in which over 40 CRPF jawans were martyred. Congress President Rahul Gandhi today took a stinging jibe at Modi, calling him 'Primetime Minister'. Gandhi said that Modi was busy in a "film shooting" despite being informed about the martyrdom of 40 CRPF jawans.

On the other, the BJP has accused Gandhi of spreading 'fake news'. Some reports quoting sources also said that the Prime Minister "didn't eat anything" and travelled "by road" as soon as he got the news about the Pulwama attack.
